How a takeaway order flows through RamTD

  1. The order comes in. By phone (with Caller ID), at the counter, through your own website or app, or from Uber Eats and Deliveroo.
  2. It's taken in seconds. Regulars' details fill in automatically. Your full menu, including options and extras, is set up on the touch screen, and multi-cuisine menus are supported.
  3. The kitchen gets it straight away. The ticket goes to the chef screen or kitchen printer, and a customer receipt prints at the till.
  4. Delivery is dispatched. Orders can be prioritised by location and assigned on the driver screen. Driver tracking shows where each delivery is.
  5. Everything is reported. Sales, items, staff and customers flow into automated reports, ready for the end of the night.
